The Arcana Mini Video Sessions is a daylong event offering group and individual experiences for performers of all skill levels.
Choose between individual mini-sessions or group experience sessions. Though these sessions primarily focus on pole and aerial artistry, private sessions are also open to dancers who wish to create personal video portraits or document their own choreography.
Our group pole sessions offer a supportive environment to capture your movement, no matter your freestyle experience.
Chariot VII – Group Pole Session 1
Drawing inspiration from the Chariot tarot card – a symbol of determination and triumph – this dynamic group session ignites your inner power through fluid movement and intentional control.
Based on PoleCoven’s Unstructured: Pole Fluidity classes, you’ll experience expert guidance through an energizing warmup, professional video direction, and creative flow prompts.
Each participant will have their moment to shine as we capture your unique, dynamic expression in stunning video footage.
Price – $250 (Limited introductory price)
Included in booking fee:
- Professional guided warm-up
- Dynamic and collaborative filming sessions
- 60 seconds of high definition performance video
Add-ons – $100 each
- Premium 60 second cinematic edit
- Moonlit colour grade (can be combined with premium or additional edits. See videos below for examples)
- Additional 60 second basic colour graded segment
- 4x 15 second clips

Whether you have prepared choreography or prefer to flow in the moment, our professional team will capture your unique artistry through cinematic videography. Perfect for dancers wanting to document their personal style or creations.
Price – $350 (Limited introductory price)
Included in booking fee:
- Dynamic and collaborative filming session
- Choose from 2 lighting setups (cinematic or dual tone must be requested at time of booking)
- 90 seconds of high definition performance video
Ad-ons – $100 each

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to show up early?
Yes, we suggest showing up early enough to stretch and do any wardrobe and makeup adjustments needed to make yourself camera ready. For private sessions, you will want some warm up time as well.
How long do the group session participants get for filming?
Each participant will get at least two chances to perform in the studio section. We want to ensure you get enough time to capture a stunning performance and create an amazing video.
I’m not sure what add-ons I want. Will there be a chance to add them after filming?
Yes, for certain options like additional videos and edits, short clips, and premium cinematic videos, those can be added after filming. For lighting changes, you need to specify those add-ons when booking so we can have them ready for you.
Will all my performance footage be available to purchase?
If you want to purchase the entirety of your performance footage, please reach out to vince@vlostudio.com and we can talk about what that will cost to produce.
How long will it take to get the final video product(s)?
Videos will be sent out roughly 14 days after the sessions end. Extra videos requested after the sessions are over will be sent out within 14 days of the request. (See below for more details about requesting more videos)
How long after the session can I purchase edits and add-ons?
All footage will be kept for 30 days after the sessions are finished. During that time you can reach out and request extra video products.
I filmed my session in dual tone lighting. Can that be changed to another option after?
No, any videos filmed in the dual tone lighting can only be finished with that lighting. Dual tone lighting is done on set and cannot be changed in post production.
